Just off Greenwich, NS, as you turn down the winding river bed of Deep Hollow Road a small house sits just off the street. Behind that house and beyond the wood pile runs a lazy brook and a little wooden bridge. The brook was a little livelier today after showers the day before. As you stand quietly by the water's edge, you can see small brook trout coming to the surface every few minutes under the shade of this large Rock Maple which is the source of Canadian Maple Syrup.
