On a cool October afternoon, near Levy's lumber mill in White Rock, on Deep Hollow Road at what can arguably be called the sharpest corner in Nova Scotia, there hung this Maple over a bubbling brook on the South side of the road. I wonder how powerful that little brook once was to cut such a deep hollow out of the ridge separating Greenwich from White Rock.
